Our shipping charges for US based orders are now $10.00 for orders under $50, and orders of $50 and more have FREE shipping. We ship via UPS or USPS and DHL for international orders. Customers may also email us at info@coffeeislandinc.com.
Your coffee order will usually arrive about five to eight business days after you place your order. We are “roast to order” so we do our best to roast your coffee the day after we receive your order. We do our best to turn around orders in 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your order. Again, we don’t roast your coffee until we have your order.
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders of $50 or more in the US.
We have a 14-day return policy only for apparel and merchandise, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sales are final for coffee products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can check Your Account to see a list of the orders that you have placed. Look for the tracking number associated with your order. You can expect your coffee to arrive about seven to ten days after you place your order.
Yes we have a rewards program available. You have to create an account to benefit from the rewards program. You will receive rewards for various actions and placing an order.
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address or text message within three hours of placing your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.
We’ll gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Sezzle and PayPal. We can’t accept cash, checks, or money orders. You can also use an ATM or other debit card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo, just like a credit card.
You will be prompted to open an account by placing your first order with us. During the ordering process, you will create your own Coffee Island Inc password. But you may place an order as a Guest if you prefer.
